Before we worked together, the team's rapid growth meant frantically managing their sales out of a shared spreadsheet. To reduce things falling through the cracks, the team rallied around Hubspot and worked with us to establish a consistent, scalable pipeline.

The sales team was able to keep up with the marketing teams great efforts by auto-enriching new leads with Clay and automating followups in Hubspot to keep them warm.

When deals were moved to Won in the pipeline, half a dozen automations were triggered to charge the customer with Stripe, file the invoice, and automatically setup the teams project in Notion using the right template for the type of engagement tagged in Hubspot.

By using Airtable as a source of truth for project, financial, and employee data, we were able to know team availability and automatically load balance and assign the right people to the right projects.

With projects and Notion templates in order, we were able to automate drafting weekly client status updates using simple AI prompts and task data that PM's could simply review, edit, and send.
